Bailey Van Lingen > Finance Manager

Bailey-Van-LingenBailey is the Finance Manager at Senscio Systems, where she oversees payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and systems integration across platforms such as QuickBooks and UKG. With a business degree from Purdue University and a continuing master’s concentration in finance, she supports executive leadership in aligning financial planning with organizational goals. Outside of work, Bailey co-owns a remodeling business with her husband and enjoys spending time outdoors on their family’s property in Groton, MA and riding horses.

Bethany Clees > Member Advocate

Bethany-CleesBethany is a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant with 13 years of hands-on clinical experience across various specialties, including Primary Care, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Surgery. Known for compassionate patient care, adaptability, and strong team collaboration. Outside of work, Bethany is a proud wife and mom to three amazing little girls, and a die-hard Georgia Bulldogs fan. Whether in the clinic or the stands, she brings energy, loyalty, and heart to everything she does.

Caille Roy, MS, APRN, FNP-BC > Supervising Provider

Caille-RoyCaille is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her B.S. in Health Management and Policy focusing in Public Health from UNH and her M.S. in Nursing from UMass. She enjoys focusing on the “whole person” in her treatment plan, and helping patients achieve their best health. Caille lives in MA with her husband, children and dogs!

Carissa Kelly, APRN, NP-C > Supervising Provider

Carissa-KellyCarissa graduated from Villanova University in 2005 with a BS in Nursing and later earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Stony Brook University in 2010. She is committed to evidence-based practice while prioritizing individual patient needs and is board-certified in Adult Medicine, specializing in primary, acute, and critical care. With over 20 years of experience in roles at institutions like NY Presbyterian, Brigham and Women’s, and Beth Israel Deaconess, she is recognized for excellence and compassionate care. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors playing with her kids and dogs.

When she's not working, she enjoys exploring creative pursuits and spending time outdoors.

Fran Fleming, RN > Chronic Care Specialist

Fran-FlemingFran is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 12 years of clinical experience, including 10 years as a Medical Assistant and 2 years as a Registered Nurse. Her career has been built on a strong foundation of patient-centered care, clinical expertise with critical decision making, and teamwork in diverse medical settings. Fran lives at the Jersey Shore with her family and enjoys being on the water.

Gary Brodsky > Director of Partnerships and Business Development
Gary-BrodskyGary is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of business development experience. He is currently Director of Partnerships and Business Development at Senscio. Previously, he was VP of Sales at Lug Healthcare Technology, leading U.S. growth efforts. At BlueGrace Logistics, he led a regional sales team and secured the company’s largest client, Compass Health, generating $10M in 2017. As a founding member and Managing Director of World Courier Ground’s National Logistics Group, he expanded the business into a top healthcare logistics provider. The group was acquired by AmerisourceBergen in 2012 for $535M.

Grace Ellrodt > Chronic Care Specialist

Grace-EllrodtGrace started her career at Ibis Health, engaging with members one-on-one as an advocate, and later leading teams and launching new initiatives. This work inspired her to pursue nursing, which has deepened her appreciation for holistic, remote approaches to healthcare. Grace lives in western Massachusetts, where her close-knit community and natural surroundings bring her joy each day.

Jacquelyn is a dedicated social work professional and graduate of the University of Maine’s Social Work program. With hands-on experience in home health care and case management across hospital systems in Southern Maine, she is a passionate advocate for vulnerable populations. Jacquelyn specializes in connecting individuals and families with essential, community-based resources, helping them navigate complex care systems. Based in Portland, Maine, Jacquelyn enjoys spending her free time outdoors—whether skiing in the winter or relaxing by the lake with her family and close friends.

Jake-PuglieseJacob has been with Senscio Systems, Inc. for more than seven years, drawing on his B.S. in Neuroscience from Allegheny College to support members and providers. He enjoys solving technical challenges and helping individuals feel more confident with remote monitoring tools. Based in Buffalo, NY, Jake spends his free time refinishing furniture and baking sourdough bread.

Jamieson Peterman, MSN, APRN, FNP-C > Supervising Provider

Jamieson-PetermanJamieson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for emergency medicine. Based in Florida, she lives with her husband, their two teenage daughters, and beloved doodle, Greyson. Outside of work, Jamieson is deeply devoted to her family—whether cheering from the sidelines at soccer games, supporting her daughters in the equestrian arena, or simply enjoying quality time together at home.

With over 25 years of experience in the Human Services and Health Care sectors, she has built a career focused on Population Health and Community Health initiatives. As a Member Advocate, Jeannette is passionate about supporting diverse populations and helping individuals navigate the often complex healthcare system with empathy and understanding. Originally from the Bronx, NY, Jeannette now resides in Rhode Island. In her free time, she enjoys writing, listening to music, and exploring local jazz clubs.

Joseania-MassillonJoseania (Josie) has been a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant since 2009, bringing over 15 years of experience across a variety of medical specialties. She has a strong passion for geriatric care and is deeply committed to patient well-being. Currently, she serves as a Member Advocate at Ibis, where she works tirelessly to support patients and ensure they receive the highest quality of care. Outside of her professional life, Joseania is a proud mother of five. She enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations about faith and finds ongoing inspiration and guidance through studying God’s word.
Kara Mahaffey > Member Advocate
Kara-MahaffeyKara has worked in healthcare since 2016, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term and memory care before moving to the inpatient oncology and bone marrow transplant unit at a local hospital as a patient care technician. She brings nearly a decade of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care in both specialized and long-term settings. Kara lives at the Jersey Shore with her family and enjoys cheering on the New England Patriots. Go Pats!

Kate Marsh > Ibis Hub Developer
Kate-MarshKate began their journey with Senscio as an intern in 2015, contributing to the development of the Ibis Hub and Care Portal. After returning to school to major in Bioinformatics, they rejoined Senscio in 2022 as a full-time team member. Now, Kate focuses on developing new features and enhancing the user interface of the Ibis Hub, helping members manage their complex care needs more effectively. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Kate enjoys spending their free time playing tabletop and video games, attending local shows, and practicing embroidery.
Katie Hopkins, MSW > Member Advocate and Behavioral and Community Health Integration Manager

Throughout her career, she has focused on bridging mental and medical health, and her role at Ibis allows her to continue supporting individuals in both areas. She has a special passion for working with the geriatric population, valuing the opportunity to hear meaningful life stories and learn from their wisdom. Katie lives in Maine with her spouse, three children, two German Shepherds, three cats, and ten chickens. She enjoys spending time outdoors—especially at camp with her family.

Keri Rouleau > Member Advocate

Keri-Rouleau-2With over 12 years of experience as a dedicated Medical Assistant, Keri has provided comprehensive support in internal medicine, orthopedics, and mental health. Her background encompasses both clinical and administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on patient care, efficiency, and teamwork. Passionate about ensuring patients feel heard and supported throughout their healthcare journey, Keri takes pride in contributing to high-quality, compassionate care in every setting she has worked in.

Kim Bilodeau > Revenue Cycle Specialist

Kim has worked in healthcare offices since 2011, bringing over a decade of experience to a variety of administrative roles. Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to providing a welcoming experience for both patients and staff, Kim’s role at Senscio is in support of billing and insurance verification. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband and her children, both of whom are hockey players so she knows that hockey smell all too well!

Throughout her career, she’s gained a wealth of knowledge and enjoys sharing that with colleagues, patients, and the community, believing continuous learning and collaboration improves care and outcomes. Krista finds joy spending time with family and nurturing her garden, where she cultivates both plants and peace of mind.

Lisa Williams, CNA > Member Advocate

Lisa-WilliamsWith over 20 years in healthcare, Lisa brings a passion for proactive, personalized care. As a Member Advocate at Ibis, she supports members by offering guidance and early intervention when it’s needed most. Her background spans roles such as CNA, Medical Assistant, Behavioral Health Technician, Medication Technician, and Clinical Data Analyst—giving her a well-rounded view of both clinical care and patient needs. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, reading fantasy fiction, traveling, and spending time with family.

Lynn McNamee > Program Success

Lynn-McNamee-newLynn joined Senscio in 2022 as a Member Advocate and now serves on the Program Success team. Known as the company’s “utility player,” she steps in wherever she’s needed most. With degrees in both Graphic Design and Culinary Arts, and years of experience in each field, Lynn brings a unique blend of creativity and practicality to her work—helping to foster clear, engaging communication with the team, current members, and future members alike. Based in Detroit, Michigan, Lynn enjoys restoring her family’s 1910 home and playing ice hockey.

Martha leads a team of enrollment specialists who reach out to prospective members to enroll them into the Ibis Health Program. A graduate of Williams College, Martha has two grown children and lives in Maine with her dog Skippy.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, she is dedicated to supporting members with compassion and ensuring they have access to the resources needed for better health outcomes. Originally from New Jersey, she now resides on the North Carolina coast with her four children.

Maureen Murray, BS, RN > Chronic Care Specialist

As the Ibis team lead for Registered Nurses, she leverages her expertise to deliver care in a unique setting focused on preventing chronic complications in individuals with complex diseases. Maureen works to improve community well-being through a proactive and personalized approach to care.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is committed to supporting members throughout their healthcare journey. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her family in the Florida sun.

At Ibis, she serves as a Lead for the Member Advocate Team while also working as a Chronic Care Specialist and Member Advocate. Based in Maine, Melissa lives with her domestic partner and enjoys spending time with her family and being near the ocean.

Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, Nelissa builds strong connections with diverse patient populations, helping to bridge communication gaps and improve overall care. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and listening to podcasts, always seeking new opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Shadelle is a Certified Medical Assistant with over 12 years of experience in the healthcare field. A proud graduate of Berkeley College (Class of 2016), she has worked across multiple specialties including dermatology, pediatrics, bariatrics, internal medicine, and orthopedics. Known for her compassionate approach, Shadelle takes pride in building strong relationships with her Ibis members—always taking the time to listen, support, and meet their individual needs. Her favorite part of the job is simply being there for them and making a meaningful difference in their care.

As Practice Manager at Ibis, Shelby oversees credentialing, revenue cycle management, and insurance communications. She also handles member inquiries related to insurance. Shelby holds degrees in English (University of Colorado), Creative Writing (MFA, University of Montana), and Library Science (MSIS, SUNY Albany). After a long career as a librarian, she joined Ibis to support better healthcare at home. Shelby lives in Maine with her daughter, three dogs, and a cat. She enjoys animals, the outdoors, and watching medical dramas.

Stacy has been a proud resident of North Florida for the past 25 years, bringing with her a strong background in law enforcement and 911 Public Safety. Now serving as a Member Advocate, she finds the most rewarding part of her role to be empowering members with the knowledge and support they need to take charge of their health decisions. Stacy is driven by a deep commitment to ensuring people feel seen, heard, and informed—values that guide her every day in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Teosha is dedicated to exceeding expectations and will continue to devote her skills and experience to serving those in need of care.

Tiffany-SmithTiffany has over 8 years of experience in the medical field, primarily working in the transplant unit at a hospital. She also spent a year in pediatrics, where she developed strong skills in caring for children and supporting their families. Additionally, she worked as a traveling nurse, gaining diverse clinical experience across various healthcare settings. More recently, she transitioned into behavioral health within the prison system, providing compassionate care in a challenging environment. Now at Senscio, Tiffany is dedicated to going above and beyond for her members. Helping people isn’t just her job—it’s her passion.

Will Shepherd > Senior Software Engineer

At Senscio, he oversees the design and development of IbisNexus, the company’s EMR-like platform, ensuring it meets the complex needs of clinicians and patients alike. Will is based out of southern Florida and loves spending his free time traveling, hiking, and having a good laugh with friends and family.
