Why this council

Designing continuous care with the people who live it every day.

Continuous care has to work in real life, not just in a clinical or technical model. The Member Advisory Council ensures that the lived experience of members directly shapes how Ibis, member communications, workflows, and services evolve over time.

The Council helps ensure that the experience remains understandable, respectful, useful, and practical. Members reflect a range of ages, health needs, levels of technical comfort, and life circumstances, but share a willingness to help improve care for others.

Members review proposed Ibis features and share what feels clear, useful, supportive, and easy to use.

Early design review

New workflows, alerts, routines, and communications are previewed with Council members before broader rollout.

Usability insight

Members help identify moments where technology may be confusing, overwhelming, poorly timed, or harder to use than intended.

Care experience

Council members share perspective on communication, support, follow-through, and how continuous care fits into everyday life.

Real-world testing

Selected improvements are tested by Council members before broader deployment so Senscio can refine the experience under real-world conditions.

Continuous learning

Feedback from the Council helps improve Ibis, member communications, clinical workflows, and the services that support continuous care.
