Senscio was founded by Hugh A. Stoddart, PhD, and Piali De, PhD, to represent and reason about complex situations as they change over time. That scientific foundation evolved into HealthGraph™, where each member’s Digital Twin for Health™ (DT4H) is represented, and Scio™, the inference engine embedded in HealthGraph. Together with IbisHub™ and IbisNexus™, these capabilities form the Ibis Operating System—the foundation for Healthcare Continuity Infrastructure.

Healthcare infrastructure has been built largely for episodic care and therefore organized around institutions. Continuous care must be organized around the member, because members receive care wherever it is most accessible.
Ibis connects evolving knowledge, inference, and human action. Scio creates new knowledge within HealthGraph; members, caregivers, continuity professionals, and clinicians act on that understanding through their own roles. Their observations and actions, in turn, enrich what Ibis can understand next.
Healthcare already has the providers. Senscio supplies the missing continuity infrastructure, enabling those providers to work together around the member over time without replacing existing clinical relationships.
